Thyme Machine Cuisine combines a love of cooking, history, and laughter . I seek out the best historical food stories, and present them to you in a playful way.


My second historical cookbook was published on November 21, 2017, focusing on Colonial America called A Thyme to Discover.

Which follows my first cookbook, released in June of 2016, A Thyme and Place: Medieval Feasts and Recipes for the Modern Table.


If you enjoy the BBC/PBS show Poldark, my third historical cookbook focuses on the meals and culture of that time. The  Unofficial Poldark Cookbook was released on May 1, 2018.
