Tricia Cohen

Bestselling author, passionate recipe creator, food lover, history enthusiast, and self-proclaimed crown wearer who absolutely squeals with delight at the sight a dog!

Tricia Cohen, a best-selling author, food enthusiast, and recipe creator, grew up in the charming New England town of Plainville, Massachusetts. In her close-knit community, neighbors were like family; love, laughter, and delicious homemade meals were abundant. Her family home featured two kitchens to accommodate her mother and grandmother as they crafted incredible recipes. Welcomed visitors were constantly engaging in conversation and delectable dishes made from organic produce grown in her grandfather's garden.

Today, Tricia continues celebrating the joy of family and food as a gourmet cook and talented hostess. The cherished traditions from her childhood come to life whenever she bakes in the home she shares with her husband and 'family.' Through her work, Tricia creatively merges her love for food and history. She has penned three historical cookbooks: The Unofficial Poldark Cookbook, A Thyme and Place: Medieval Feasts and Recipes for the Modern Table, and A Thyme to Discover: Early American Recipes for the Modern Table.

Tricia resides in the magical outer Cape Cod town of North Truro, Massachusetts, with her husband, Michael, and their three rescue dogs.
